Held at the E. Averoff Art Gallery from 6 October 2007 to 31 January 2008, the exhibition featured 53 artists, with works engraved and printed in 2006–2007.
In the context of the exhibition, engraving workshops for children, young people, and adults were held on the weekends of October 13–14 and 20–21, and November  3–4 and 10–11, 2007.

Engraving is an especially familiar art form in Metsovo, since wood carving is a living cultural heritage in this region. The exhibition was therefore especially popular with the local public and a great addition to the now well-established Creative Encounters which the Gallery launched in 1995.

The exhibition travelled to the State Museum of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki from 13 February to 30 March 2008.

Jointly organised by the Greek Printmakers’ Association, Evangelos Averoff-Tossizza Foundation, and the State Museum of Contemporary Art, Thessaloniki.

Sponsors: Baron Michael Tossizza Foundation, Katogi & Strofilia S.A.
